The main areas of intervention relate to the management and maintenance of technological systems (heating, air conditioning, elevators, electrical systems) and to maintenance interventions and building renovation.
Na.Gest.’s organization allows to have a unique governance to manage every service supplied and to optimize the plants mantaining their performance levels efficient in order to ensure atheirperfect functioning.

The services to people concern all activities involving Na.Gest.in a direct relationship with users, so that the product and the service process coincide. The communication and the relationship between operators and beneficiaries of the service is a fundamental characteristic of this product, as well as the consistency between the organization of the activity and the behavior of its human resources. Thanks to an energy data collection made by inspections, a consumption data analysis and the status of the sites, the  potential interventions are identified and shared with the clients with their estimate. After a detailed technical study and a cost-benefit analysis, priorities and timing are defined.
